About The Position

This role is responsible for assisting in the development of media strategies, supporting campaign stewardship, and contributing to career advancement through learning and staying updated on industry trends. The Media Analyst will gather competitive data, conduct industry research, generate audience insights, and contribute to strategy presentations. They will also be responsible for creating Buy Authorizations, maintaining the Insertion Order tracker, managing media budgets, tracking optimizations, and reporting on campaign performance. Additionally, the role involves producing competitive reports, maintaining communication with channel teams, learning research and planning tools, and staying informed about industry trends.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of media strategies by gathering competitive data, doing industry research, and generating audience insights.
  • Contribute to the creation of strategy presentations, aiding in the development of narrative and strategy.
  • Responsible for the creation of Buy Authorizations and maintaining the Insertion Order tracker, keeping track of over and under delivery.
  • Create and maintain flowcharts, managing media budgets, and tracking optimizations.
  • Support in the reporting of campaign performance, learning how to identify trends and create the “so what” narrative.
  • Produce for competitive reporting and analysis, keeping the team abreast of changes to competitor brand investment and messaging.
  • Maintain communication with the channel teams, ensuring campaigns are live and running properly.
  • Learn all research and planning tools and be responsible for pulling information for the team as needed.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, sharing out pertinent information and implementing new strategies to daily work.
