About The Position

As a Med Tech, you will enrich lives every day by relying on your experience and knowledge of medication administration procedures to ensure that residents in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods receive the highest level of dignity and care. Requirements

• Commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of Med Tech experience.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment.
• Willingness to continue learning and improving skills.
• Commitment to confidentiality.
• Ability to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents in assisted living and memory care neighborhoods.
• Provide assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friend’s Approach to dementia care.
• Maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors.
