About The Position

Lincoln Court is seeking a Med Tech to provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plans. Care is provided in a kind, gentle, friendly, and professional manner while respecting residents’ dignity and privacy. The role involves supporting residents with daily activities and personal hygiene, responding to requests, and helping ensure dietary needs and preferences are observed.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene.
• Respond to resident requests and determine how best to assist them.
• Review dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to help ensure residents receive an appropriate diet.
