About The Position
In this role as a Medication Technician with Novellus Clairemont, you'll assist with medication services and provide personalized care while working alongside a dedicated senior living team.
Requirements
- Previous medication technician and senior living experience required
- Must be 18 years of age
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety
- A compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Provide medication assistance in accordance with community policies and nursing direction
- Record medication administration and resident observations accurately and timely
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns to the clinical team
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, mobility, and hygiene support
- Promote a clean, comfortable, and secure environment for residents
- Partner with caregivers, nurses, and other team members to deliver exceptional resident care
