Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English through speaking, reading, and writing.
- Empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the dynamic needs of our residents.
Nice To Haves
- Prior caregiving experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administering medication to residents according to prescribed schedules and dosage instructions.
- Accurately document medication administration and maintain resident medical records in compliance with regulations.
- Monitor residents for any changes in health condition and communicate effectively with the care team and families.
- Provide compassionate care, ensuring the well-being of our residents.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment.
