About The Position
Caldera Care is seeking Full-Time and PRN Med Techs for their Assisted Living facility, Cherrywood Place. They are looking for individuals who are ready to become part of their 'Workplace Family' and are committed to providing the best possible care to residents. Caldera Care emphasizes staff support, education, and ensuring staff have the necessary resources to focus on resident care. The facility serves the local community and aims to instill confidence in families that their loved ones will be well cared for and feel that they matter.
Requirements
- The ability to work a full 12 hour shift and come to work on time
- The ability to work 40 hours per week, Sunday- Wednesday
- Active HCA, NAR or NAC credentials in the state of WA
Nice To Haves
- Certification for Nurse Delegation a plus. (We can pay and train for this.)
Responsibilities
- Provide quality resident care as indicated on the care plan
- Promote residents' independence
- Provide assistance with housekeeping and laundry
- Medication assistance
- Participate in community's Life Enrichment Activities, events and outings, while encouraging resident attendance and participation
- Additional duties as assigned
Benefits
- Will train and pay for HCA (Home Care Aide) certification through the state of Washington
- We can pay and train for Nurse Delegation certification
