As a Medication Technician Supervisor, you’ll help deliver exceptional care while guiding a team of Med Techs and Caregivers in our Assisted Living community.
Requirements
- Arizona Caregiver Certification (Supervisory, Personal & Directed Care)
- Medication Tech training
- At least 1 year of experience in assisted living, hospital, or nursing care
- CPR & First Aid certification
- AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends/holidays
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for working with seniors
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Administer and oversee medications safely and accurately
- Support and supervise Med Techs & Caregivers in daily resident care
- Assist with care plans, audits, documentation, and resident assessments
- Coordinate appointments, medical services, and outside vendors
- Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare providers
- Help create a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for residents
