Requirements
- Current Medication Technician certification (as required by state regulations).
- Ability to work flexible PRN shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to pass background check and required health screenings.
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience in settings such as assisted living, memory care, or home care is preferred.
- Prior Med Tech experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living preferred.
