Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English through speaking, reading, and writing.
• Empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the dynamic needs of our residents.

Nice To Haves

• Prior caregiving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administering medication to residents according to prescribed schedules and dosage instructions.
• Accurately document medication administration and maintain resident medical records in compliance with regulations.
• Monitor residents for any changes in health condition and communicate effectively with the care team and families.
• Provide compassionate care, ensuring the well-being of our residents, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
