About The Position
Trinity Health Senior Communities is hiring a Medication Technician and Caregiver for its Resource Team float pool in Southeast Michigan. The role provides flexible work across multiple senior living communities, administering medications and supporting residents with daily care. The position offers flexible scheduling, premium pay, and a supportive team environment, with no mandatory weekends or holidays. The work focuses on delivering compassionate, resident-centered care to older adults.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of medication administration experience.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a senior living, assisted living, long-term care, or skilled nursing facility.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to travel to Trinity Health Senior Communities locations throughout Southeast Michigan.
- Passion for providing exceptional care to older adults.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications safely and accurately.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care.
- Monitor resident well-being and report changes.
- Maintain accurate medication and care documentation.
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.
