About The Position
The Nursing Assistant performs direct and indirect patient care tasks delegated by a Registered Nurse and works under the RN’s direction and supervision. The role provides basic patient care, including bathing and hygiene, elimination and toileting, nutrition, feeding and hydration, ambulation, and positioning. The Nursing Assistant supports patient safety and satisfaction by conducting regular rounds on the nursing unit and communicating effectively with all team members.
Requirements
- Two years of applicable experience.
