Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- A High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- One-year experience in a health care environment or equivalent preferred.
- A flexible, fun, energetic people person who is capable of projecting calm, care, & professionalism in all work-related situations!
Responsibilities
- Administer medications to residents.
- Assist with other aspects of residents' daily care and routine.
- Properly store medications and equipment.
- Keep the medication room clean and orderly.
- Accurately maintain resident records regarding medication distribution.
- Ensure prescription label and storage procedures meet state standards.
- Monitor the health, safety, and well-being of residents.
- Promptly report any changes in resident's physical condition and/or behavior to Wellness Director.
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
