About The Position
The MECOE F100 Inspector inspects engine components using a variety of tooling and measurement equipment to validate proper configuration and compliance with requirements. The role provides complete and accurate documentation to support engine builds and helps the MECOE Team meet production and inspection goals. Duties include completing and reviewing technical documentation such as Fits & Clearances, Engine Inspection Reports, SAP transactions, and Engine Package documentation. This is an onsite weekend-shift position in Midland, Georgia.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, or vocational/technical education in a related discipline, and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- U.S. Person status; U.S. citizenship is required to access information under the program/contract.
Nice To Haves
- Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license, Powerplant License, or 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in turbine engine overhaul, inspection, and repair, and use of precision measuring tools; preferably in disassembly, inspection, or assembly.
- Ability to identify and resolve configuration and compatibility issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
Responsibilities
