About The Position

At ASML, Mechatronics Maintenance Technicians handle repair and maintenance of complex equipment in a dynamic manufacturing setting. As a Mechatronics Maintenance Technician, your main responsibilities will be supporting Coating (OFC) and Contact/Etch/Litho (CEL). You will handle various Optical Fabrication equipment, requiring care and attention. ASML's core values—Care, Challenge, Collaborate—are essential to this role.

Requirements

3+ years in electro-mechanical/mechatronics and an Associate degree, Technical or Automotive Certification, Military Technical training, or 6+ years relevant experience.
Proficiency in MS Outlook 365
Work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Thin Films Hi-Vac, and related manufacturing equipment.
Control systems integration experience desirable.
LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement background a plus.
SAP or similar ERP system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Maximize equipment availability and reliability, by being effective at repairs and maintenance.
Keep daily planning on track by communicating priorities, progress, and risks; adapt as needed with stakeholder input.
Maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and statuses.
Collaborate with Management, and Technicians, to establish and complete priority activities and maintenance schedules.
Support Continuous Improvement of equipment and maintenance program.
Inventory Management support and 5S LEAN.
Provide additional support, when needed, to other Optical Fabrication lines of business.
Diagnose failures and execute repairs proficiently on both electrical and mechanical equipment.
