Blend mechanical, electrical, and controls know-how with disciplined documentation and an unwavering safety mindset. Your first 90 days Days 1–30: Learn critical assets and PM schedules; complete safe work and Lock-Out/Tag-Out training; get hands-on with Megamations for work orders and PM tracking. Days 31–60: Independently troubleshoot using schematics, multimeters, and manuals; execute daily setup checks and calibrations; partner with vendors remotely to resolve issues. Days 61–90: Lead portions of PM routes; contribute to a process improvement with our quality team; mentor peers on safe, efficient repair methods.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of related maintenance experience.
  • Experience in highly automated, lean/continuous-flow manufacturing.
  • Ability to troubleshoot using electrical schematics, multimeters, and equipment manuals.
  • Track record of collaborating remotely with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Basic PC proficiency and solid math skills.
  • Physical ability to lift 50–100 lbs.; stand/walk continuously; frequently lift from waist, shoulder, and overhead.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in a technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of related maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and perform preventive maintenance across production equipment and facility systems.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, PLC, HVAC, and plumbing issues; disassemble, clean, repair, and reassemble as needed.
  • Perform minor electronic repairs, alignments, and calibrations; verify daily equipment setup.
  • Enter and analyze maintenance data; manage PMs, orders, and tooling activities in Megamations.
  • Assist the maintenance team leader in training maintenance and manufacturing associates.
  • Support continuous improvement with quality partners to enhance processes.
  • Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality; follow company policies.
  • Uphold safety standards and provide immediate feedback on hazards; strictly follow LOTO.
  • Take on special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.
