Permanent, full-time position, 35 hours/week (7 hours/day). Call center open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. to cover pan-Canadian time zones. Rotating shifts based on operational needs: 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. / 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. / 12:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m. Hybrid work model: mandatory in-office presence during training (Brossard or Québec), then 2 days per month.
