Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
1–5 years of relevant or similar experience; experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Ability to work independently or as part of a diverse team.
Candidates must be legally entitled to work and reside in Canada without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with forklift operation, overhead cranes, or similar equipment is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Execute, document, and close out maintenance work orders in accordance with established procedures, ensuring accurate tracking of labor, materials, equipment movements, and parts used.
Conduct initial equipment evaluations and perform daily inspections to support equipment reliability and identify maintenance or repair needs.
Dismantle, inspect, assemble, and test various types of valves and other wellhead and frac assemblies.
Reconcile post-job resources, including materials, time, and equipment, to support accurate maintenance records and cost traceability.
Maintain shop tools, hand tools, and a clean work area to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Dispose of equipment in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Participate in failure investigations and contribute to equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote a safe working environment by actively participating in HSE programs, training, safety observations, and daily safety meetings.
