About The Position

The Mechanical Technical Specialist - Technician II works with mechanical systems and controls used in industrial applications. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• At least 3 years of experience with mechanical systems and controls used in industrial applications.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility will be verified at the time of hire.
• Required skill: electromechanical systems.
• English language proficiency: read, write, and speak.

Nice To Haves

• Associate or bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• 5 years of experience with mechanical systems and controls used in industrial applications.
• 5 years of experience with working knowledge of manufacturing processes and principles.
• 5 years of experience in product and process failure analysis and understanding of world-class manufacturing techniques such as lean manufacturing, FMEA, RCM, SPC, and TQM.
• Exposure to gas-fired combustion systems.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient problem-solving and creative-thinking skills.
• Strong maintenance background.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
