About The Position

Stacy Witbeck is seeking a highly skilled Superintendent in Water and Wastewater treatment plant construction. As an employee-owner with our company, you will be joining a high-performing group of professionals in the industry. Requirements

  • 10+ years related experience required as a foreman/superintendent managing crews for the installation of mechanical pipe and equipment within water and wastewater treatment facilities.
  • Experience in WW/WWTP construction. Including process piping, treatment systems and structural concrete.
  • Treatment plant, pump station, lift station and other water/wastewater facilities experience is required.
  • Ability to understand any and all safety requirements and cautions.
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • Travel may be required

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for field operations, including supervision of all field mechanical construction work - directing activities of workers, supervising construction inspection and field surveying activities.
  • Supervise construction efforts to ensure projects are constructed according to specifications, within budget, on schedule, with the appropriate people and equipment while ensuring the safety of workforce.
  • Plan, coordinate, schedule, and supervise on-site functions and provide input with engineering, and material control to make sure project objectives are met.
  • Strong focus on development of craft workforce and the ability to attract and retain quality, skilled craft employees
  • Provide direction to Foremen and other Superintendents to ensure productivity, efficient use of materials and equipment, and contractual performance of the projects are met.
  • Assist project management in developing and implementing project procedures, working documents, and standards to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Comply, understand, and support corporate safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Reports on project status regularly through meetings or written correspondence.
