About The Position
The Mechanical Superintendent will supervise industrial mechanical installation for new heavy industrial construction projects. The role coordinates, manages, and executes installation from the ground up and manages a crew. The position involves extensive field work, exposure to the elements, standing and walking for 10 or more hours per day, and may require heavy lifting. The work week is 6–7 days. Candidates must pass a drug screen, physical, and background check. Pay is competitive and based on experience.
Requirements
- Verifiable supervisory experience in industrial mechanical installation for new heavy industrial projects.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work many hours in the field, exposed to the elements, and stand or walk 10 or more hours per day.
- Ability to meet any heavy-lifting requirements.
- Must pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.
