About The Position

We’re seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Manager to lead our service department. This individual will oversee day-to-day operations, manage a team of technicians, ensure excellent customer service, and drive efficiency and profitability within the department.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC service, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Excellent problem solving, customer service and communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft software products and general computer skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of Service staff
  • Must have a good technical understanding of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Capable of climbing off/on equipment and ladders.
  • Able to walk construction job sites.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise HVAC service technicians, dispatchers, and support staff
  • Oversee scheduling, dispatch, and workflow to ensure timely service delivery
  • Provide technical support and training to service technicians
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service
  • Monitor department performance, budgets, and profitability
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring new technicians
