Requirements
- HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post-high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- OR In the absence of an HS diploma, GED, or AA/AS degree, 4 years of relevant experience is Required.
- Ability to interpret blueprints.
- Ability to use all necessary close tolerance measurement instruments with proficiency.
- Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities
- Install bushings, bearings, sleeves, and metal shims on all aircraft programs according to the overhaul manual specifications, using machinery and hydraulic presses.
- Utilize close tolerance measuring instruments to assure compliance with CMM specifications.
- Operate honing machinery and devices, including mill machinery for swaging of bearings.
- Perform final inspection and stocking of bushings.
- Train employees on all required processes within the department, and lead the team and operations in the department in the absence of the Group Leader when required.
- Execute bush bore functions utilizing light machining. (Lathe/bush work)
