About The Position

Moore's Electrical & Mechanical is seeking Project Managers who command quality, safety, and efficiency. This role involves managing project teams, including field foremen, ensuring productivity and adherence to work rules. The Project Manager will be responsible for creating, monitoring, and updating project schedules and cost breakdowns, as well as pricing, negotiating, and processing change orders. They will also coordinate with the Tools & Equipment department, manage subcontractors, ensure job site safety, and perform project estimations. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong leadership skills accompanied by strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage time and resources
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Team mentality
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft products
  • Strong commercial HVAC, plumbing, and/or piping trade knowledge
  • Ability to climb and work in tight areas

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft Dynamics and Bluebeam experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and be responsible for project team's work including the field Foreman.
  • Creation, monitoring, and updating of project schedule
  • Creation, monitoring, and updating of cost breakdown
  • Price, negotiate and process change orders.
  • Maintain change order log.
  • Coordinate with Tools & Equipment to ensure jobs have adequate tools and equipment
  • Manage all subcontractors
  • Ensure job sites are being kept safe
  • Estimation of projects
  • Perform other duties when asked
