About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineer to support the design, development, and manufacturing of custom mechanical components and assemblies for a diverse range of customers. The role works closely with customers and internal manufacturing teams to transform engineering drawings, specifications, and concepts into high-quality, manufacturable products. There are no supervisory responsibilities. The position includes entering and maintaining engineering-related MRP/ERP data; designing mechanical components, systems, equipment, fixtures, and tooling; supporting sheet metal design and build-to-print manufacturing; and creating engineering drawings and 3D models with CAD software such as SolidWorks or Inventor. The engineer performs calculations, simulations, feasibility studies, and product testing; analyzes performance to improve reliability and efficiency; troubleshoots mechanical issues; and implements corrective actions. The engineer collaborates with manufacturing, quality, and project teams, ensures designs meet industry standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements, and prepares technical reports, specifications, and documentation. The role may also support installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems, and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources when required. The posting additionally seeks manufacturing-environment experience, including familiarity with aerospace and semiconductor specifications and standards, Lean methodologies, machining processes, and ERP and MES software.
