About The Position

Troubleshoots, assembles, installs, tests and maintains mechanical systems using all necessary tools to keep equipment available and capable. Learns and understands the protocols of working safely with electricity and other energy sources with industrial equipment. May work independently and instruct or coach others.

• Understanding of safety protocols for working with electricity and other energy sources.
• Ability to work independently and potentially instruct or coach others.

• Promptly reporting major injury hazards and work-related incidents to maintain a safe work environment.
• Adhering to HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Promoting a culture of looking out for one another.
• Addressing hazards within your control to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Recognizing and minimizing the negative impact of your work on the environment.
• Applying high standards of craftsmanship to ensure the reliability and efficiency of equipment and processes.
• Engaging in training and participating in TPM teams to drive improvements in quality, safety, and processes.
