About The Position

Cumberland Falls State Resort Park is seeking a full-time Mechanical Maintenance and Operations Technician I. This position will play a major role in performing duties in the maintenance and operation of mechanical systems. This individual must be an energetic, positive person with the ability to communicate in person, via email or by phone. The main objective for this position is to allow your experience to serve in installing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical equipment such as HVAC, refrigeration, ventilation, electrical systems, and associated equipment. Must have 2 years of experience in maintenance or repair of HVAC, refrigeration, ventilation, or electrical systems. Requirements

Two years of experience in the maintenance or repair of HVAC, refrigeration, ventilation, or electrical systems.
Must be 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

Formal training in one of the above or related fields will substitute for the experience on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

Installing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical equipment such as HVAC, refrigeration, ventilation, electrical systems, and associated equipment.
Monitor mechanical systems to ensure operation.
Inspect and check for the working performance of equipment according to specifications.
Perform checks and tests on mechanical equipment.
Test water quality and add proper amounts of chemicals and gases to water and operating equipment.
Repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, and sewage operations.
Keeps basic records of work activities.
Provide technical assistance in the maintenance and operation of heating and cooling equipment.
