About The Position

Shive-Hattery’s mechanical internship provides hands-on experience working on actual client projects, with contributions that directly affect the company and community. Interns are treated as full-time staff members and have access to learning and growth opportunities. The role offers exposure to a variety of project types, the mechanical profession, collaborative teamwork, and client service. Each intern is paired with a mid-to-senior-level employee for informal, one-on-one mentoring focused on professional development and career goals.

Requirements

• Candidates must have current and ongoing authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship; visa sponsorship is unavailable now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Work on actual client projects across a variety of project types.
