About The Position
Mason & Hanger, a Day & Zimmermann Company, is a pioneer in the production of next-generation, high-performance facilities, providing architectural and engineering (A/E) services specializing in the worldwide design of secure, mission-driven facilities. We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Intern to join our Mason & Hanger team. The Mechanical Engineering Intern will assist engineers in laying out HVAC systems in our CAD/BIM platforms, typically REVIT, along with providing assistance with engineering calculations and any other support tasks in support of our projects.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in ABET accredited college studying mechanical engineering
- Great attitude and team player.
- Successful completion of drug and background screening process.

Responsibilities
- Perform calculations in support of the design and documentation of heating ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) system under direct supervision.
- Develop construction documents utilizing CAD/BIM platforms such as REVIT.
- Support engineers on tasks as needed on actual ongoing projects.
