Mechanical Integrator II

TAITLititz, PA
Onsite

About The Position

The Mechanical Integrator II is responsible for leading mechanical integration scopes across standard and moderately complex projects. This role contributes throughout the full project lifecycle—from early coordination and shop testing to on-site installation, troubleshooting, and final client delivery. Integrators at this level operate with autonomy, coordinate across rigging, staging, and motion systems, and serve as technical leads for defined scopes. They are expected to manage integration tasks independently, mentor junior team members, and contribute to internal standards and documentation. Mechanical Integrator II is a mid-level role focused on building technical depth, leadership maturity, and cross-functional awareness. Over time, Integrators are expected to demonstrate increasing ownership, problem-solving ability, and visibility across the department. An integrator exists on the uniquely TAIT line between technology and art—bringing creative visions to life through precision, collaboration, and technical execution.
