Mechanical Integrator I

TAITLititz, PA
Onsite

About The Position

The Mechanical Integrator I plays a key technical role in delivering TAIT’s live entertainment projects by integrating mechanical systems into cohesive, functional solutions. As a member of the Portable Integration team, this role contributes across the full project lifecycle—from early coordination and shop testing to on-site installation and final client delivery. Mechanical Integrator I is a hands-on role for early-career professionals who are ready to take ownership of defined scopes of work. This position builds on foundational skills and introduces independent execution, field troubleshooting, and small-scale leadership within the integration process. Integrators at this level begin to lead scopes within larger projects, apply technical knowledge across rigging, staging, and motion systems, and contribute to documentation and process improvements. They also begin mentoring Associates and supporting team communication. This role is structured to evolve with the individual’s development. Over time, Integrators are expected to demonstrate increasing autonomy, technical competency, and leadership - building a strong reputation within their market and contributing meaningfully to TAIT’s collaborative, multidisciplinary project teams. An integrator exists on the uniquely TAIT line between technology and art -bringing creative visions to life through precision, collaboration, and technical execution.
