About The Position

FM2, Lee Company’s facility maintenance and management team is looking for experienced Commercial/Industrial Technicians. The FM2 BAS Integrator is responsible for the software programming, maintenance, troubleshooting and documentation for all types of HVAC control systems, as well as building automation system commissioning, training and technical support for facility operators. FM2 BAS Integrator is responsible for facilitating and supporting the integration of multiple facility systems. FM2 BAS Integrator will work with communication protocols including, but not limited to, BACnet MS/TP & IP, Echelon, Modbus, and Zigbee.

Requirements

  • HS diploma or greater
  • Installation & Commissioning Interoperability of systems, or equivalent
  • HVAC Electrical Troubleshooting, or equivalent
  • Tridium Niagara AX/N4 Certified, or equivalent
  • BAS Advanced Applications
  • Experience in IT networks
  • Has an in depth understanding of Ohm’s Law and electrical circuits
  • Understands the basic concepts of blueprints and schematic drawings
  • Understands the basics of chilled, condenser and hot water systems
  • Understands the basics of variable and constant volume air flows
  • Possesses Siemens, Honeywell and/or Trane BAS certifications
  • Understands concepts of VFD’s and the ability to perform operational function checks
  • Understands the basic concepts of Test and Balance procedures
  • Possesses basic computer skills to include Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to identify, size and create valve and actuator schedules
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Understands types and capabilities of differing control signals
  • Understands and possesses ability to develop scope of work
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, and control diagrams
  • Knowledge of Windows operating system as well as BAS engineering software
  • Strong understanding of IT networks and protocols
  • Understanding of Microsoft SQL servers

Responsibilities

  • Software programming, maintenance, troubleshooting and documentation for all types of HVAC control systems
