Requirements

  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment.
  • Knowledge of maintenance practices, tools, and safe work procedures in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and work instructions.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment to support reliable plant operations.
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on conveyors, crushers, pumps, gearboxes, and other plant equipment.
  • Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective repair solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and maintenance procedures while maintaining accurate work records.
