Requirements

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment.
Knowledge of maintenance practices, tools, and safe work procedures in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and work instructions.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment to support reliable plant operations.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on conveyors, crushers, pumps, gearboxes, and other plant equipment.
Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective repair solutions to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.
Follow all safety, environmental, and maintenance procedures while maintaining accurate work records.
