This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, leading field crews, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring project quality and safety. Requirements

Minimum 5 years of pipefitting or mechanical construction experience
Previous experience leading commercial mechanical construction crews
Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Experience using an iPad or computer in the field
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

OSHA 30 Certification
CPR/First Aid Certification

Responsibilities

Leading and supervising field crews
Coordinating work with Project Managers, subcontractors, and other trades
Reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
Planning daily work activities and scheduling labor efficiently
Monitoring project progress, quality, and productivity
Ensuring all work meets company standards, project specifications, and applicable codes
Maintaining a safe jobsite and enforcing OSHA requirements
Tracking labor, materials, daily reports, and change orders
Identifying and resolving field issues to keep projects moving forward
