About The Position

BHS Corrugated is looking for a Digital Print Mechanical Service Technician to support our industrial Digital Print equipment at a customer facility in Zionsville, IN. This is a hands-on industrial mechanical role — not an office printer/copier technician position. This position will be primarily based at our Zionsville customer site, with most of your time dedicated to supporting the Digital Print machine located there. Travel will still be required as needed to support other BHS customer sites throughout the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

Requirements

• Industrial mechanical or maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
• Ability to read mechanical drawings
• Strong communication and customer-service skills

Nice To Haves

• Technical/trade school or associate degree preferred
• Corrugated, printing, converting, or similar industrial equipment experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial Digital Print equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and mechanical service
• Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings
• Communicate directly with customers to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
• Support installations, repairs, and service needs at other customer locations when required
• Complete service reports and other required documentation
