About The Position
The Mechanical Engineering Technician will be responsible for measuring final shape criteria of stator bars, quality documentation, and defect trends for COGEBI, Glass, and Strip & Reinsulate. This role also involves process documentation in K&L Bay, indirect purchasing in K&L Bay, leading and/or supporting quality projects in the Bar Shop, assisting Quality Engineers in dispositioning stator bars, and providing feedback to operators on trending defects. Additionally, the technician will be responsible for technical issues and maintenance of Autoclaves.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university (OR High School Diploma / GED plus a minimum of 5 years working in a manufacturing environment)
- Minimum of 2 years of industry experience
