Requirements
- Junior or Senior class standing or recent graduate of Mechanical Engineering program.
Responsibilities
- Work with Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to design rotating equipment components i.e. wheels, nozzles, seals, shaft etc.
- Prepare simple Excel mechanical software calculations and data sheets.
- Utilize engineering software CAD/Solidwork/etc. to prepare drawings for the designed parts and complete manufacturing drawings as applicable.
- Participate in engineering analysis of the mechanical components utilizing Ansys or similar analytical software.
