PPM Mechanical Engineering Intern (Summer)
About The Position
MOR PPM, Inc., seeks a Mechanical Engineering Intern to support the Project Management team in a variety of assignments. The Engineer Intern will assist the Project Management Team in meeting the Company’s objectives and goals, which includes ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within a budget and per contract specifications. We are a leading industrial mechanical, electrical, and civil construction services provider for the fossil and nuclear power, pulp and paper, chemical, mining, and general manufacturing industries. Requirements
- Must be pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills such as oral, verbal and written communication and reasoning is required
- Must be enrolled in a Engineering program from a University or Technical School.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to overcome obstacles in the field.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the execution and management of special projects.
- Prepare and present computer-generated spreadsheets and reports.
- Comply with all company operating policies, procedures and safety programs as established.
- Other duties may be assigned as specific project dictates.
