About The Position

As a Mechanical Engineering Manager here at Honeywell, you will lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers to successfully execute complex engineering projects. The role owns technical delivery, resource planning, quality, cost, schedule adherence, and talent development, while ensuring engineering outputs meet customer, business, and compliance expectations. The position reports to a Director level engineering leader and plays a critical role in achieving revenue, margin, and operational targets. You will report directly to our Sr Director of Engineering and you’ll work out of our Mason, OH location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and efficiency. By implementing best practices and leveraging the latest technologies and methodologies, you will contribute to the overall productivity and effectiveness of the mechanical design function.
