About The Position

AMETEK believes in developing its leaders from within. As an Electrical Engineering Management Program Associate, you will be part of a small and select group of college students chosen each year for this special program. During the 3-year program, you will receive fully paid relocation to a US-based AMETEK business at the start of each rotation (July of each year). The goal of the rotational program is to expose you to new technologies, new customers, strong leaders, and brilliant engineers to fast-track your engineering career within AMETEK. Personalized attention and experiences to advance your professional career!

Requirements

  • Minimum 3.0 grade point average
  • Graduation date between March 2026 and July 2026
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (ME)
  • Flexible and adaptable to new situations
  • Inquisitive nature and a passion for solving problems
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team contributor
  • Ability to relocate for expanded career opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Complete three 1-year rotations at different AMETEK businesses, gaining experience with new products, new customers, strong leaders, and brilliant engineers.
  • Develop and track career progression using an Individual Development Plan.
  • Receive guidance and advice from a personal mentor throughout the 3-year program.
  • Participate in networking events to build relationships with other rotational program participants and AMETEK colleagues.
  • Attend educational sessions delivered by AMETEK executives and outside speakers on company knowledge and management best practices.
  • Relocate for each rotation, with full financial assistance provided for each geographic move and beyond.
