Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a BS in Mechanical Engineering is required.
  • Familiarity with various Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous internship experience is preferred.
  • Experience using AutoCAD and Revit a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Learning basic Autocad skills in order to assist in creating office details and standards.
  • Assist senior engineers in various tasks such as shop drawing and contractor RFI processing.
  • Preparation of mechanical engineering calculations, reports, construction drawings, specifications, schedules and budgets for building mechanical and utility distribution systems under the supervision of a registered Professional Engineer.
  • Provide the candidate with a varied exposure to the different engineering disciplines and their duties within a consulting engineering firm.
