Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering required
• Must possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and 3D, Revit MEP, Trane Trace, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and production of mechanical construction documents for commercial and institutional projects.
• Assist in the design of building systems (HVAC and plumbing) and life safety plans for office buildings, residential, health care, educational, federal, commercial and institutional projects.
• Assist with the design and specification of system layouts, load calculations, equipment sizing and selection, energy modeling, building information modeling, and other tasks related to the position.
