Requirements

• Must be pursuing Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Mechanical or related (STEM) major and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
• Experience with mechanical hardware documentation or drawing standards.
• Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working alongside union represented workforce
• Exposure to lean principles, Six Sigma, or basic problem‑solving methodologies

Responsibilities

• Interpret manufacturing requirements, developing and maintaining routing standards
• Make tooling selections based on technical data package requirements and create process plans
• Support the shop floor by collaborating with operators and design engineering on technical issues relating to the manufacturing process
