Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical design engineering
- Proficiency with Catia V5
- Expertise in designing structures, brackets, and mounts
- Deep understanding of relevant design and drafting standards
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience with military hardware specifications
- Experience supporting fabrication and installation processes
Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems based on customer specifications and interface control documents
- Modify existing hardware and integrate components into various platforms
- Ensure all designs comply with military, SAE, ANSI, and ASME standards
- Collaborate closely with electrical and mechanical teams to deliver robust solutions
- Support in-house fabrication, installation, and integration of designs
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting to manufacturing and installation teams
