About The Position

Requirements

Associate’s Degree with 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience
Active interim security clearance (or previously held clearance)
Expertise in electronic packaging for military applications
Proficient in design and documentation of Circuit Card Assemblies, PCBs, and cabling
Experience with CREO and Windchill
Knowledge of GD&T and familiarity with Change Board processes

Nice To Haves

BS in Mechanical Engineering
Experience with electronics packaging for microwave electronics
Familiarity with Zuken
Hands-on background in building and testing electronic assemblies
Knowledge of materials and processes in electronics

Responsibilities

Lead electronics packaging design and documentation for military microwave subsystems
Perform detailed analysis, research, and testing of complex mechanical and thermal systems
Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams in RF/microwave, analog/digital, and mechanical engineering
Utilize CREO and Windchill for 3D modeling and product lifecycle management
Drive root cause analysis and troubleshooting for electronic assemblies
Support manufacturing, verification, and validation processes in state-of-the-art facilities
Ensure strict compliance with security protocols and documentation control
