About The Position

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join Mycronic's Global Technologies division, working within our Applied Plasma business line (Surfx Technologies). Surfx Technologies is a fast-growing company that offers atmospheric argon plasmas for the high-volume manufacturing of integrated circuits, semiconductor packages, printed circuit boards, and other microelectronic devices. Working alongside experienced engineers, you will contribute to the design, prototyping, testing, and optimization of complex electromechanical systems.
