Strata-G is seeking experienced Mechanical Engineers with the following: Job Summary We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineers to manage the full lifecycle of our mechanical products. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concept designs into reliable, manufacturable, and functional hardware systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • 3-5 yrs experience.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided engineering (CAE) tools.
  • Strong foundational grasp of mechanics, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and materials science.
  • Advanced analytical skills to diagnose machinery failures and implement root-cause fixes.
  • Excellent communication skills to work alongside electrical engineers, project managers, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Create detailed 3D models and 2D technical drawings using CAD software like SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
  • Perform engineering calculations, stress tests, thermal analyses, and fluid dynamics simulations.
  • Build and test physical prototypes to evaluate performance, troubleshoot flaws, and validate designs.
  • Oversee the manufacturing process, coordinate with vendors, and ensure designs are optimized for fabrication.
  • Write technical manuals, prepare design reports, and maintain accurate bills of materials (BOM).
