The position focuses on engineering and design for primarily hyperscale and colocation data centers, including associated administrative and support spaces, and may include leading HVAC and plumbing design for a variety of facilities. The work involves design and construction activities using traditional Design-Bid-Build and Alternative Conceptual-Bid-Build delivery methods. The role may cover administrative, warehouse, maintenance, workshop, laboratory, chemical storage and handling, electrical distribution center, low- and medium-voltage switchgear, pump areas, engine generator, blower and air-compressor, and flammable and combustible liquid storage spaces.
