About The Position
MUM Industries is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our Engineering Department. This role is responsible for participating in the creative process of elaborating overall product design concepts, utilizing internal and external resources to design and fabricate product components, and overseeing the detailed design and detailing of prototype components. The position also involves participating in the definition of new test protocols and methods, leading and/or participating in design reviews, and working collaboratively on a design team. The Mechanical Engineer will work closely with project leaders, pursue protection of intellectual property, oversee multiple projects, and work cross-functionally with various teams. Continual communication with supervisor and coworkers on design elements is expected.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
