Requirements

  • Data Center Mechanical / HVAC
  • Data Center HVAC Controls
  • Data Center Plumbing
  • Campus Construction Water
  • Campus Site Civil, Wet Utilities
  • Campus Water Infra projects (WTP, WWTP, tanks, wells, pipelines)
  • Must be located on site—expected to cover 1-2 sites in the same metro area that are ~30 minutes apart.
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical / electrical engineering, design administration, and/or construction administration.
  • Mission critical systems or complex electrical/mech commercial / industrial systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a professional work environment, including preparing written reports and documentation, conveying information clearly to team members, clients, and stakeholders, and responding appropriately to verbal and written communications related to job duties.

  • Detailed Design Coordination: Technical review and coordination
  • Design package reviews
  • Page turns
  • Technical input
  • Design decision trackers
  • OPR / PDG CDEs
  • Liaise with design consultants, customer discipline SMEs, contractors, and the team design & construction teams
  • Design and Construction Administration: Technical Review, Coordination, Consultant for the PMs
  • RFIs
  • Submittals
  • Installation review assistance (quality and progress).
  • Change control recommendations (technical go/no-go).
  • Discipline SME for Cx (recommendations, decision making.
  • Liaise with the design CA team, customer discipline SMEs, contractors, Cx team, future operations team(s), and the team.
