The primary responsibilities of this position are to perform mechanical systems design and analysis including thermal, structure, mechanism, and packaging design & analysis for natural and induced environments. This includes loads definition, vibration for flight and ground applications, and vibe shock and acoustics analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related field
  • Experience with Thermal Analysis
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, specifically stress and structural evaluation
  • Proficiency with CAD programs preferred
  • Experience with CREO
  • Basic understanding of electromagnetic and electro-mechanical component and system design preferred
  • Secret clearance
  • Must be a US citizen
